Quiet venue, excellent and helpful staff. No complains at all considering good prices. Reasonably large room with air conditioning, good offer. Location - magnificent, adjacent to a safe and quiet residential area, a nearby country club, and big mall.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly polite and caring, making sure that we had everything that we needed. They even went the extra mile to bring us medicine and order food for us. The hotel facilities were very spacious and comfortable, with clean rooms and a large lobby. Additionally, the location was safe for walking and was close to many popular attractions in the city.

The hotel is situated in a safe and peaceful area, perfect for walks even at night. The staff was very polite and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed, including medicine and food. The cleanliness and comfort of the room were exceptional, and the lobby was spacious, providing an excellent place to relax.

The pressure to purchase tours and services was excessive, and despite our polite refusals, the host persisted. The additional charges for a private bathroom and housekeeper's tip were unexpected.

This hotel is amazing! the rooms are very spacious and comfortable, equipped with everything you need during your stay. the staff is extremely friendly and prompt with requests. the breakfast is delicious and there are a variety of facilities that add to your overall experience. the location is excellent, with safe walking areas and easy access to nearby attractions such as the New Grand Egyptian Museum. You'll appreciate the cleanliness of the room and the great value for the price!

One downside is the limited dining options within walking distance.
